Tuition, care & health information

Tuition & Rates

Tuition is paid securely through Sawyer at checkout. Sibling rates apply for each additional enrolled child.

Weekly Camp

$350 / camper

Sibling rate: $325 / week

Daily Camp

$75 / day

Sibling rate: $70 / day

Lunch and snacks are not included.

Care Options

Extended care can be added during registration for families who need drop-off before or pickup after the regular camp day (9:00 AM–4:00 PM).

Early Care (8:00–9:00 AM)

$10 per half-hour, per camper

After Care (4:00–5:00 PM)

$10 per half-hour, per camper

Care charges apply per camper and per enrolled day (each enrolled sibling is charged separately).

Medication Handling

If your camper requires medication during the camp day, parents or guardians must complete the required medication authorization forms located in the registration form area.

All medications must:

  • Be provided by a parent or guardian
  • Be in the original labeled container
  • Include clear instructions

Camp staff will only administer medication as authorized.

Allergy Handling

Please provide all allergy information during registration.

Families should clearly communicate:

  • Allergies and severity
  • Required precautions
  • Emergency action plans, if applicable

Camp Cardinal will make reasonable efforts to support campers with allergies; however, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
